🚫 Local Pickup and Delivery – Final Sale

All sales are final for local pickup and local delivery orders.

  • We offer local pickup and local delivery only from our Lake Stevens warehouse.
  • No refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted for orders picked up or delivered locally.
  • Please verify that products meet your needs before placing an order.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Customers must inspect all products at the time of pickup or delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately. Once the product is accepted, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

📦 Refunds for Shipped Items

If we ship products outside our local delivery zone, the following policy applies:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and consider insurance for high-value items.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

💰 Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Bank and card processor delays may apply. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the refund.

📍 Local Pickup Policy

  • Pickup is by appointment only at our Lake Stevens location.
  • If you're unable to pick up within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
  • Customers must inspect their order upon pickup. Once accepted, all sales are final and non-refundable.

🚚 Local Delivery Policy

  • Local delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee.
  • Verify your delivery address before completing checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivery is considered final upon acceptance. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after that point.

💳 Chargeback Policy

  • By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback except in cases of confirmed fraud or unauthorized use.
  • Chargebacks filed against valid purchases may result in account suspension and loss of future purchasing privileges.
