Terms & Conditions – Valley Outdoor Supply LLC (Formerly Weed Family Gardens)
By purchasing from Valley Outdoor Supply LLC, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. For the purposes of these Terms, "Weed Family Gardens" includes Valley Outdoor Supply LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, unless otherwise specified.
1. Agreement to Terms
- These Terms govern all sales and transactions. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase products from us.
- You are solely responsible for determining product suitability for your application, including compliance with local codes, HOA rules, and weather/environmental conditions.
- We do not offer engineering, architectural, or permitting advice. Please consult a licensed contractor or structural engineer for technical matters.
2. Custom Cutting & Special Orders
- All custom-cut or non-stock panels must be paid in full before cutting or processing begins.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for custom orders under any circumstance.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm all dimensions before placing an order. We are not responsible for measurement errors.
- Manufacturing tolerances apply. Slight variations in length, width, or profile are not considered defects.
3. Warranty & Limitations
- All products are sold "As-Is", with no warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Valley Outdoor Supply’s liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product(s).
- We are not liable for improper storage, installation, or failure to follow applicable codes or safe practices.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and accompanied by original proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Custom orders are final and non-refundable.
- All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
5. Pickup, Delivery & Responsibility
- Pickup is available by appointment only from our Lake Stevens warehouse yard.
- Local delivery is available at an additional charge. Rates vary by distance and order size.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products leave our facility or are loaded onto a third-party carrier.
- Customers are solely responsible for securing their load. Staff may not assist with loading due to insurance and liability restrictions.
- We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, trailers, or personal property during pickup or transport.
6. Product Use & Safety
- Customers accept full responsibility for the proper use, handling, and installation of all products purchased.
- We strongly recommend the use of ANSI-rated gloves, eye protection, and long sleeves when handling metal panels or fencing materials.
- Sharp edges and metal burrs are inherent to metal products and are not considered defects.
- Variations in color, finish, and appearance may occur between batches and are not grounds for return.
7. Payment Terms
- All sales are final once payment has been processed.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once material has been cut or allocated.
- Payments by credit card at our physical location may incur a 3% processing fee.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes must first be addressed in writing with our customer service team at sales@weedfamilygarden.com.
- Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Snohomish County, WA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
9. Limitation of Liability
- Valley Outdoor Supply is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use, transport, or installation of our products.
10. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our control, including weather, supplier issues, transportation delays, or natural disasters.
11. Severability & Revisions
- If any portion of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them prior to purchase.
