Welcome to Valley Outdoor Supply. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Valley Outdoor Supply.

2. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is accurate, complete, or current. You agree that reliance on any site information is at your own risk.

3. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

4. Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online or by appointment-only pickup. We reserve the right to limit sales by quantity, customer, geographic area, or jurisdiction. Product images are representative only and may vary due to manufacturing tolerances, lighting, or material batches.

5. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and contact information.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

6.1 Local Pickup (Appointment Only)

  • Local pickup is by appointment only.
  • Pickup location: 2017 N Machias Rd, Lake Stevens, WA 98258
  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a suitable vehicle, loading method, and securing their own load.
  • Staff are unable to assist with load securing due to liability restrictions.
  • Once materials are released to the customer (or the customer’s carrier), responsibility for securing, transport, and protection of the materials transfers to the recipient.

6.2 Standard Parcel Shipping (Small Items Only)

  • Small shippable items such as fasteners and accessories may be eligible for parcel shipping.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Valley Outdoor Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.

6.3 Local Delivery (Washington State Only)

Local delivery may be available for select orders to Washington State addresses only and must be scheduled and quoted in advance. For complete terms, see our Delivery Policy: https://valleyoutdoorsupply.com/pages/delivery-policy

  • Dispatch location: Valley Outdoor Supply, 2017 N Machias Rd, Lake Stevens, WA
  • Delivery fee basis: quoted using round-trip road mileage (dispatch location to delivery address and back) at $3.00 per mile
  • Prepayment required: delivery fees must be paid in full before dispatch
  • Dispatch definition: dispatch occurs when the delivery vehicle departs our warehouse or yard for the delivery address
  • Cancel before dispatch: delivery fee is refundable
  • After dispatch: delivery fee is non-refundable
  • Drop-off only: delivery is curbside or driveway drop-off only
  • Customer unloads: the customer is solely responsible for unloading; we do not unload materials and we do not place materials around the property
  • Safety gear required: anyone unloading must wear, at minimum, work gloves, eye protection, and closed-toe footwear
  • Onsite delays: if unloading is not ready upon arrival, onsite waiting time may be billed at $100 per hour (prorated in 15-minute increments), starting at the driver’s arrival time
  • Refused or failed delivery: if delivery is refused, nobody is available to accept delivery, unloading is not available, or the site is inaccessible or unsafe, the delivery fee remains non-refundable after dispatch; any future attempt requires a new quote and prepayment
  • Weight limit: 1 ton (2,000 lbs) per delivery trip; larger orders may require multiple trips or alternate freight
  • No signature required: payment of the delivery fee and confirmation of scheduling constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the Delivery Policy; delivery acceptance may occur without a signature as described in the Delivery Policy
  • After drop-off: once drop-off is complete and delivery is accepted, the customer is responsible for securing and protecting materials on site, including protection from theft, damage, and weather

6.4 Freight Shipping

  • Freight shipping for large materials is limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Freight quotes must be requested prior to order confirmation.
  • Customer is responsible for offloading freight deliveries.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools or services. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use of optional tools is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

10. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

By submitting feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant Valley Outdoor Supply a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content without compensation or obligation.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

You may not use the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to violate regulations, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with site security or functionality.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Valley Outdoor Supply does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley Outdoor Supply shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from use of the Service or products purchased, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valley Outdoor Supply, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. We may terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Snohomish County, Washington, to the extent permitted by law. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
