Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any order placed with Valley Outdoor Supply that involves delayed fulfillment, pre-orders, special-order materials, custom-cut materials, or scheduled pickup or delivery.

Pre-Orders and Incoming Inventory

  • Pre-orders for items not yet in stock may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, pre-orders are considered committed inventory and cannot be canceled.
  • Once inventory arrives and the order is staged for fulfillment, the order becomes non-cancelable and subject to standard pickup and fulfillment terms.

Special-Order and Custom-Cut Materials

  • All special-order, custom-cut, or made-to-order materials are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing, ordering, or cutting has begun.

Scheduled Pickup or Delivery

  • Orders scheduled for pickup may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled pickup may be subject to handling, staging, restocking, or storage fees (if applicable).

Delivery Service Fees (Washington State only)

  • Delivery fees must be paid in full before dispatch.
  • Dispatch means the delivery vehicle has departed our yard for the delivery address.
  • Cancel before dispatch: the delivery fee is fully refundable.
  • After dispatch: the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • If delivery is refused, nobody is available to accept delivery, unloading is not available, or the site is inaccessible or unsafe, the delivery fee remains non-refundable after dispatch and a new delivery quote and prepayment are required for any future attempt.
  • Onsite waiting time due to unloading not being ready may be billed at $100 per hour (prorated in 15-minute increments), starting at the driver’s arrival time.

Deposits and Reservation Payments

  • Any deposit or reservation payment applied to secure inventory is non-refundable.
  • Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price and confirm your commitment to the order.
  • Delivery service fees are service fees and follow the Delivery Service Fees terms above and the Delivery Policy linked above.

Failure to Pick Up

  • If an order is not picked up within the agreed timeframe, storage, handling, restocking, or re-staging fees may apply (if applicable).
  • Extended delays may result in order cancellation at our discretion. Any non-refundable items (including special-order or custom-cut materials) remain non-refundable.

General Conditions

  • Valley Outdoor Supply reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside the terms of this policy.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by phone or email.
  • Any approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
